After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. UniLuxe Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

Hair extensions, wigs, and related products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging to qualify for any approved return.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy standards.
